Carolyn Buck Luce, a partner with the professional services firm, Ernst & Young, moderated a panel discussion on strategies for how individuals make it to the C-Suite of large companies and organizations.  This year’s panelists included:
- Ann Marie Petach, Chief Financial Officer of BlackRock
- Donna Milrod, Deputy Chief Executive Officer for Deutsche Bank, Americas
- Ilene Lang, Chief Executive Officer of Catalyst and
- Katherine Garrett Cox, Chief Executive Officer of Alliance Trust.

“As an organization we are committed to the advancement of women leaders on Wall Street and it is with great pride that we are able to host this event again this year,” said Seth Waugh, Chief Executive Officer of Deutsche Bank Americas and member of the Group Executive Committee.

This year, Deutsche Bank made a donation of $20,000 to Girls Inc, a nonprofit organization selected by conference attendees, whose efforts to promote leadership and development for women and girls align with the goals of the WOWS Conference. The other finalists for the donation were The White House Project and Forte Foundation.

The Women on Wall Street network (WOWS®) is an integral part of Deutsche Bank’s diversity strategy which seeks to develop, retain, inspire and motivate diverse talent. Previously, WOWS was called the Global Partnership Network for Women (GPNW), and was established in 1991 by a group of women at Bankers Trust prior to its merger with Deutsche Bank. WOWS’ mission is to enhance the work experience and maximize the potential of female employees
