Deutsche Bank to Cover Additional Costs Related to Same Sex Domestic Partner Benefits in the United States

Deutsche Bank employees based in the United States have been eligible for same sex domestic partner benefits under the company’s health insurance plans since 1999. Starting this year, those who are enrolled in the medical, dental and vision insurance plans will be issued a payment at the end of the year to help cover the extra costs incurred based on the U.S. tax code.
Deutsche Bank strongly supports the diversity of its employees.
