This year, the DBC celebrates its the tenth anniversary and its sixth year as part of the PGA Playoffs.  2011 DBC defending champion and 2012 US Open champion Webb Simpson will take on the world’s best, including our distinguished list of past champions—Tiger Woods, Vijay Singh, Phil Mickelson, Steve Stricker, Charley Hoffman and Adam Scott,—and many other top PGA players.

Since its inception, the Championship has generated over USD 20m for charitable organizations that are making a difference in the lives of children, such as the Hockomock YMCA, the Our Family Foundation, Tiger Woods Learning Center and many other deserving charities. In addition, the Championship has had a direct and indirect spending impact of close to USD 500m over the last nine years for the Boston and the greater New England area.
