Deutsche Bank highlighted by Working Mother’s annual 100 Best Companies list

Working Mother magazine has once again named Deutsche Bank as one of the 2013 “Working Mother 100 Best Companies.” The honorees on the annual list are recognized for their accommodative and innovative cultures that allow for work-life balance and opportunities for advancement.

The publication cited Deutsche Bank for its flexible scheduling and remote options, as well as its focus on employee health and wellness, including corporate discounts at local gyms and access to visiting massage therapists. Working Mother also notes the Bank’s accommodative maternity leave policies which are geared towards helping returning female employees make a gradual transition back to work following maternity or adoption leave. The Bank also offers 20 days of back-up care annually and assistance in locating additional care providers for dependent adults and elder care.

This year marks the 14th time that Deutsche Bank (or Bankers Trust) has appeared on the list since 1996. Other companies on the 2013 list include Ernst & Young, GE, IBM, Goldman Sachs, Johnson & Johnson, Marriott International and Unilever.  To see the full list, click here
