Deutsche Bank earns top score on 2016 Corporate Equality Index

For the 13th consecutive year, Deutsche Bank has been recognized with a perfect score of 100 by the Human Rights Campaign’s (HRC) annual Corporate Equality Index (CEI). According to HRC, a top score of 100 represents a commitment to workplace equality for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) Americans.

Deutsche Bank is committed to and proud of its strong partnership with the LGBT community. Deutsche Bank promotes an environment where all employees, including individuals of any sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, can realize their full potential.

The Human Rights Campaign is America’s largest civil rights organization working to achieve LGBT equality. The 2016 CEI rated 1,024 businesses in the report, which evaluates LGBT-related policies and practices including non-discrimination workplace protections, domestic partner benefits, transgender-inclusive health care benefits, competency programs and public engagement with the LGBT community. With a score of 100, Deutsche Bank satisfied all of these criteria results and has been designated as a Best Place to Work for LGBT Equality.
