Strong out-of-school programming plays an important role in helping students recognize their potential and realize their dreams.

Founded in 1991, Harlem RBI provides year-round educational and enrichment activities for young people in East Harlem and the South Bronx over many years of their lives. The organization uses the power of teams to coach and inspire youth, and equips them for lifelong learning and advancement.

How it works

Deutsche Bank supports Harlem RBI's DreamWorks program, which helps high school juniors and seniors in their pursuit of post-secondary education. Students receive assistance with the college selection and application processes, as well as SAT preparation and financial aid services.
